To reply to your enquiry, schedule demos, and follow up about DocCord. We record your consent (timestamp, IP, and the version of this notice) when you opt in via the form. We do not sell your data or share it with third-party advertisers.
Where it lives
Submissions are stored in our own customer system (the Meryne CRM) and our email provider. Access is limited to our team.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email privacy@doccord.com and we will action requests promptly.
