E-signature with sealed,
verifiable records
Turn-based signing built the way contracts are actually executed, with fillable templates, two-party countersignature, and an executed copy you can prove is unaltered.
From template to sealed record
Turn-based sequential signing
Signers sign in order and each is notified only when it is their turn, mirroring how NDAs and contracts are actually executed.
Reusable templates and bulk issue
Turn an approved document into a template, then issue it to one or many recipients at once. Each gets a filed copy, an auto-created counterparty, and its own request, all inheriting the template's approval.
Fillable fields with auto-detect
Lay out fillable text fields and signature boxes once. Auto-detect scans for PDF form fields and blank fill-in lines, labels them, and assigns each to the correct party. Signers complete fields in place and the values are baked into the sealed PDF.
Two-party execution, your countersigner
Assign fields to the recipient or the sender. The recipient completes and signs their section, then the sender countersigns. Each party sees only their own fields, and you choose which team member countersigns at issue time.
Tokenized recipient access
External signers need no account. They get a secure, single-purpose link, optionally gated by a one-time email code, plus a durable tokenized link to their executed copy afterward.
Decline, remind, cancel
Signers can decline with a reason, requesters can nudge the current signer, due-date reminders go out on a schedule, and a pending request can be cancelled or revoked at any time.
A sealed record, verifiable in one click
- Certificate of Completion capturing who signed, when, and how.
- Triple seal: SHA-256 hash, platform RSA signature, and embedded PAdES signature.
- E-sign or wet-ink both produce the same sealed, verifiable record.
